  Probably the worst experience I've ever had ata Doctors office. I was a new patient due toinsurance change. Her office staff hung up on me the day before the apt. Then at the apt I was waiting for about 15 min and while i asked how long would-be be. I got snapped at by the clerk telling me I told you yest you wouldn't be out of here at 1:45. That I'd not what tge phone clerk said and I tild her that. What should have been no big deal turned into the office clerks whisoering and laughibg at ne. I told the girl when she finally took ne in I didn't like her hanging uo on me the day before as well It hurt to see them laughing at me at the counter. I didvsay its too bad when the hured help ruins a patient doctir exoerienxe as II was getting angry at that pount. This girl dlammed down her chart and said I refuse to deal with you. Doc came in and informed me she will nit be seeing ne ad her staff was not laughing at ne and I called them hired help. It apprears hervstaff told herlabout the experience. So I left in shock. If you want a bad experience or to be treated lije a bum. Go here. That Doctor should have looked at tape if she had it or atleast listened to ne. lThis whole thing was redicilius and im still in shock. My ins was on the phone lusten u ng to it and they are filing a formal cimplaunt
